Meet Jeff Feinberg, Market Segments Manager

Jeff grew up in a small town on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and moved to the Northwest after marrying his wife Sarah, who grew up in Arlington. Jeff manages the PUD’s Market Segments group.
How do you serve PUD customers?
I am most proud of the work I’ve done to expand the PUD’s Income-Qualified Assistance program and establish the Community Support Plan at the onset of the pandemic. Right now, I’m working on a cool project that will increase energy efficiency opportunities for all of our customers, including multi-family housing developments and income-qualified housing. I’m lucky to work with such an amazing team and on programs that align with my values of helping our most vulnerable customers.
How do you serve your community?
I love our Riverside neighborhood in north Everett. Our family is very active in the community. My wife volunteers on the PTA at Garfield Elementary, and I coach Little League. Being so close to work means I can walk to the PUD, and we are diligent about recycling and limiting the purchase of single-use items.
